Application for Board of Directors
The Eagle Peak Board of Directors currently has two open positions. Per the terms of our corporate by-laws, these positions (seats) need to be filled by parents of students currently enrolled at EPMS. The Board of Directors is currently seeking qualified applicants with solid business backgrounds and experience. Running a school is not much different from running a corporation or commercial business. We need individuals with proven experience in: Business Finance Human Resource/Personnel Marketing/Public Relations IT Commercial Construction/Facilities Business Administration Fundraising Legal/Risk Management/Compliance Hesitant to join the Board? Consider lending your expertise to a Board Committee. Board Committees meet on an ad-hoc basis. While committee work is important, there is less of a time commitment serving on a committee.
